Chapter 1024: The Lunarian King
-Jack and Inu continue their fight, Neko gains the upper hand on Perospero in Sulong form; and manages to overpower him.
-King continues his physical assault on Zoro and forces the latter on the defensive. He uses Andon: Divine Flame, Luna's Wrath where he imbues the hellfire onto his sword. Zoro parries the attack successfully, and counters with a somersault attack using Tatsumaki.
-King then imbues Ryou/CoA 3 with the hellfire and his sword, and uses a new attack, Calamity: Bane of Wano. With Enma, Zoro uses Hiryu Kaen, and a massive shockwave occurs//
-Sanji and Queen are still scuffling, and Sanji has the upperhand. He is trying to stall until he can equip the Raid Suit again to "finish this for good". He looks at the clash between King/Zoro, and notes that Zoro on the other hand, has his work cut out for him.
-Sanji once heard about the fire-using Lunarians on the Red Line, dwelling in God's Kingdom. Queen says he was once the chief of their people, to which Sanji wonders just how old King really is...?//
-Zoro uses Ashura and cuts through the Hellfire while bypassing King's Ryou :bury King is bleeding and his mask is also cut in half.
-King's mask crumbles and falls off to reveal a disfigured, burnt, and hairless giant of a man. His eyes are dilated, and the place where his nose is supposed to be is gone.
-King: "I once heard tale of a child belonging to the Shimotsuki lineage. They were a relatively new clan in my time.
-Zoro: "...." *wonders why King is suddenly talking*
-King: "But the chill of the frost crescent, is nothing compared to the rage of embers from a burning moon filled with divine wrath!!"
King transforms into his Hybrid form, and now his head/face resembles that of a burnt bird man or plague doctor with sharp teeth portruding, while his feathers have turned into the pteranadon's wings, only they now seem more metallic and even blacker than before.
-Zoro: *thinks* "Here he comes again!!.."
-King flies and launches right at Zoro in his Hybrid but surprisingly flies right past him. Zoro looks at King who has now taken flight and reached the top of the Live Floor.
-King: "Kaido-san isn't the only man who was a conqueror in this crew."
-Zoro: "You've become strangely talkative all of a sudden. Maybe you should show it to me then, the strength of a monster who's a conqueror."
-Zoro gets a mini-flashback to the end of the Rooftop fight when he scarred Kaido, prompting the latter to ask if has Conqueror's Haki too. Zoro passes out after asking him what the hell he was talking about...
-We come back to the present moment, and Zoro's eyes widen as King spreads his wings (Redon compares this to Ulquiorra). All the flames he controls are now concentrated on his blade, while King also channels his Conqueror's Haki in his weapon. Dark, jet-black lightning and a crimson aura manifests around King's sword
-Fodder throughout the Live Floor are knocked out by King's Haki, and Queen wonders what the bastard is trying to pull.
-Jack and Inu feel "the foreboding presence of a dark conqueror" , and Jack remarks that King-san is full of hate.
-Zoro prepares himself for the incoming attack, gritting his teeth and awaiting what's to come.
-King brings down the full force of his blade as he descends. His ultimate technique: "Divine Conqueror's Flame, Red Line Revengeance", where a shroud of conqueror's Haki and deep burn flames come down like a whip, destroying the entire dome of the live floor and cutting through multiple floors.
-Final page of the chapter is Kaido standing triumphantly over Yamato, who is reduced to a bloodied mess similar to Marco at the end of his fight
