The Alabasta, Sakura, Flower, Dressrosa and Goa kingdoms all come together, and CP0 is there on guard. They're discussing the recent events with Luffy and Big Mom, but the big topic is the Revolutionary army. And how they've taken over the spot for the Goa kingdom who lost their king, I think. They've always acted in the shadows so everyone's surprised that they've making bold moves all of a sudden and now they're making a move on the weakest sea "East Blue"....
