Luffy remembers that X Drake is the person who attacked Tama’s village so he refuses X-Drakes offer.
X-Drake says he is Koby’s friend and then Luffy smiles and accepts him to their side. Strawhats get angry and annoyed cuz Luffy changed his mind so easy and quick.
Queen says he will kill the traitor X-Drake himself. But Who is Who suddenly cuts him with his sword. Its not a fatal wound but Queen realizes he cant use his devil fruit powers anymore.
It turns out Who is Who have a devil fruit ability that allows him to steal his enemies devil fruit power for a limited time. But he need to cut them with his sword and make them bleed in order to get their power. The more blood he gets from his attacks, the longer he can use their power.
Who is Who says he won’t try to attack and get more blood from Queen, because it’s not worth to risk himself against a great combat expert like Queen. Currently Who is Who can use Queens power for 15 minutes.
Who is Who’s goal is show Kaido that he is strong enough to become an All-Star.
We see 4 pages long battle between Neko+Inu vs Jack. Finally they force Jack to use his hybrid form. But we can only see his silhouette from dust clouds. Kaido says now even if all the samurai on the roof attacks Jack, they still won’t have a chance.
Kinemon says Kaido to don’t underestimate the samurai and charges an attack to him with remainin scabbards except Inu and Neko.
In the last page, a young looking swordsman enters the flower capital. Remaining fodders of Orochi tells him that this is not a place for fancy looking kids like him. Then swordsman says he is already 120 years old. Fodders don’t believe him but their heads chopped off suddenly. That young man says he is still this young thanks to his diet.
And he adds that, today Wano will be a graveyard for many young pirates thanks to Vegapunk. Turns out he is none other than new admiral Ryokugyu.
